    01

    Arrival and Check-In

Arrive 10 minutes early to check in, finalize paperwork, and relax before your session. If you need assistance entering the clinic, call us, and we’ll help you.
    02

    Introduction and Preparation

Our staff will check your vitals and answer any last-minute questions. You will then change
    into chamber attire.

    03

    Inside the Chamber

During pressurization, chew gum to help equalize ear pressure. If you experience discomfort, use the red call button to alert our staff. Once at the prescribed pressure, relax, read, nap, or meditate during your session. If needed, use the walkie talkie provided to communicate with our staff who will be assisting you. In case of an emergency, decompression takes up to 15 minutes to ensure safety.
    04

    Completion of Session

After completing the prescribed time at pressure, decompression will begin. You will clear your ears again as the chamber gradually returns to normal pressure.

    Post-Treatment Care

After your session, you may feel lightheaded or fatigued, which is normal. To help you recover, we offer a decompression lounge where you can:
    • Rehydrate with our filtered water.
    • Take a moment in our waiting areato adjust before heading out.

Our team will follow up within 24 hours to check on your well-being and answer any questions you might have. Many patients feel the immediate benefits of
HBOT and are ready to tackle the rest of their day.
