A go-to healer in the Sussex County community, Liz’s holistic health practice incorporates hyperbaric oxygen treatments as well as JFB Myofascial Release to heal a wide range of conditions. Liz combines her life background as an artist, teacher, coach, Ironman triathlete and licensed massage therapist (LMT) to deliver an integrated healing experience. Liz is active in her community and is always looking for ways to give back, to learn and grow and to use her wide range of experience to help her clients recover from everything from athletic injuries to surgeries to chronic conditions.
Liz worked as an Assistant Director of the Walter Reed Army Medical Center Annex creating art classes for terminally ill children and cancer patients. She also served as an assistant coach for several running teams including the Sussex Academy Cross Country team, the Beacon Middle School track team, and the Seashore Strider Cross Country team. She graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute in 2000 and earned a B.F.A. from the University of The Arts in 1992.
Liz earned her International Board of Undersea Medicine (IBUM) Chamber Operator and Intermediate Technician in 2021.

Steve Caldwell, LMT
Steve Caldwell, LMT
Steve is the premier provider in Sussex County for individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents and with injuries covered under workers compensation insurance. He incorporates several modalities to help individuals recover from injuries, including deep tissue massage, JFB Myofascial Release, Low Level Laser, Extracorporeal Pulse Activation Therapy and now Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. He works with local residents using the same techniques to aid their healing process from surgeries, athletic injuries, and chronic and acute disorders.
Physicians offices from Dover to Lewes refer many of their patients to Steve for treatment for a variety of conditions.
Steve has deep roots in the local community. In 1989 he graduated with a B.A. in Journalism from Salisbury State University, where he played baseball and was part of the 1983 team that made the NCAA Division III Baseball World Series Tournament. He has spent time involved in youth leagues around Rehoboth, coaching little league baseball and YMCA basketball.
He graduated from the Barron and Butler School of Clinical Massage in 2009 and earned his Chamber Operator and Intermediate Hyperbaric Technician certification from the International Board of Undersea Medicine in 2021.

Dr. Stella Parks is a master educator and doctor of natural medicine. She holds a B.S. in Business, an M.A. in Adult Education, and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. She helps people restore their optimal health without drugs or surgery. She works with her patients to create a complete, individualized solution to help them quickly move towards vitality and better health with ease.

Alex Williams
Alex is a hyperbaric specialist and on the faculty of the International Hyperbarics Association. Her past experience as an EMT, an in-home birth doula, and a post-surgery massage therapist has provided her with a deep knowledge of medical issues. Her desire to help people heal led to her transition into hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
